British Library Sounds presents 90,000 unique sound recordings which come from all over the world and cover the entire range of recorded sound: music, drama and literature, oral history, wildlife and environmental sounds. Students and staff can listen to all recordings online; most recordings can be downloaded for academic use, referencing the title and copyright owner of the material used.

A digital reference library containing 250 dictionaries and encyclopaedias. An ideal starting point for research on any subject.

Vogue Archive covers the history of fashion and culture through the digitised archive of US Vogue magazine since 1892. It provides the work of the greatest designers, photographers, stylists, and illustrators of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. Suitable for fashion design and photography students, business students researching the history of a brand identity, those researching cultural studies and gender studies who will be able to explore themes such as body image, gender roles, and social tastes from the 1890s to the present.
